I’m a Licensed and Certified Usui/Tibetan Reiki Master, Personal Trainer and Wellness specialist. I’ve spent the last 9 years supporting clients to achieve a variety of physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and business goals.
I believe in everyones innate abilty to self-heal and grow, regardless of what life stage they're at or how much exposure they've had to health and wellness modalities.
