Cancellation Policy

For Reiki Treatments (Distance and In Person)

 

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment (excluding sickness or ill health), or they will be subject to a cancellation fee. Alternatively, you can reschedule your appointment by contacting me.

For Reiki Treatments Packages (Distance and In Person)

 

If you have purchased a multi-session package and then cancel after attending one or more sessions and still have sessions remaining, you will be refunded part of the multi-treatment fee. However, the sessions used will be charged at the single session fee for 3-pack (not at the multi-session fee), or at a fee proportionate to the sessions used (for a 5-pack). An administration fee of $15 will apply to any refunds.

For Reiki Courses

 

My goal is to provide individual support during every course. As such, I have limited the number of spots available in each Reiki course.

​

As such, a 50% deposit is required to reserve your spot, and full payment is required at least 7 days prior to the course date.

You can pay in full via this website, or if you prefer to pay a 50% deposit, please contact me. If you are booking into a Course within 7 days of the start date, you need to pay in full via the website.

If an attendee cancels their participation in a Reiki course for any reason up to 7 days prior to the course start date, course fees may be:

• transferable to a friend for the same course date, 

• or, reschedule their attendance to a later date (as long as there is room) 

• or, a full refund given less a $25 administration fee.

 

If cancellation occurs within 7 days of the course date for any reason (excluding sickness or ill health), course fees are non-refundable and you will need to reschedule to a later course.

If a course is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, the course will be rescheduled to another date. If you cannot attend this new date for any reason, you will be given the option of attending another future course date, or receiving a full refund of your course fee.

In the event of cancellation by the attendee due to sickness or ill health, you will be required to book into a course on a future date, or put the money towards Reiki healing sessions or alternate services offered by ReWILD Healing & Wellness.

Sickness and Ill Health Cancellation Policy

 

If you are feeling unwell prior to your Reiki or Course, you must promptly notify me by phone (0412 552 075) or email (info@rewildhealing.com). You can do a Distant Reiki or Online course instead, or if not possible, we will contact you to reschedule your appointment or course.
